This is the action plan for the US to drive the AI Industry quickly forward. Infrastructure needs to be built and fast. This plan attempts to tackle previous hurdles or red tape that have slowed down capital intensive investment in the past. Various industries will benefit as the plan prioritises key infrastructure such as new and bigger data centers. Various government approvals will get fast tracked and these processes are outlined in the Action Plan.
“Build, Baby, Build”, will be the mantra, as the US Administration will “reject radical climate dogma and bureaucratic red tape”.
The Action Plan is built around three pillars:

b) Build Grids to match AI needs
c) Restore American Semiconductor Manufacturing
d) Build High-Security Data Centers for the Military & Intelligence Community
e) Invest in training AI-Skilled workforce
f) Improve Cybersecurity Infrastructure
g) Promote Secure-By-Design Technologies
h) Improve AI Incident Response
